Great trip to the Mt. Tom Summit with the Monday night crew to end the running adventures of 2012. The climb back to 141 through unplowed snow was brutal. I am jello from the knees down. That's about 386 miles logged for 2012, which is almost exactly the same total as 2011. Only about a mile more.

I'm not too disappointed by that. I've made a lot of progress lifting. Added at least 20lbs. to my max bench press, now 215lbs. Ibrought my deadlift back to the limit of my grip doing 3X 315lbs. Not lifting a lot of weight, but returned to squats and learned other olympic lifts, and added a bunch of fun new tricks training for the obstacle race.
