Notes

A 50 minute run before Jiujitsu. Very sore achilles that calmed down towards the end. Jiujitsu was some very simple white belt drills for litte over an hour. Not intense, but my calves and feet were cramping up spending the whole time on my knees or back. Still a bit sore the next day. First run in a week, so I can't say it was a bad idea.
