Notes

Hottest time of day on one of the hottest days of the year, Memorial Day. Drank at the Public safety complex and notch on the way out and back. Powerhiked the switchbacks up to the summit. Full range of motion stretch/workout at the summit. Trying to be more aware of my posture based on Kelly Starrett's book that just arrived. Great to see 160 on the scale after drinking plenty of water. I don't think I should lose much more.
