Notes

I ran the first half mile without stopping, no problem. only walked briefly at halfway. The bindings are bothering my right heel pretty bad. That's the only limiting factor and otherwise this gets much easier very quickly. Awesome workout. No stress fracture complaints in the snowshoes.
