Notes

aRKM Homework week 3, spine, followed by this run. Took it a little slower to feel out the ankles. My stiff right felt a little softer. Since I had a couple blisters last run, focused on the tibial and ankle control of the foot angle. No issues tonight. Keeping pinky toe pressure was a good control point, as this is the furthest from the rotational center, first to drag.
