After a light day at GGTT. Full 3 rounds at the gravel pit, 10X pullups, climbers, cat crawls in under 3 min., summit and climbers, 16X HSPU, hopped the monument so fast, 10X pullups, and a good stretch at the end. Pretty well spent. Didn't feel this smashed after last week, but also my legs are very sore from squats yesterday. Back is a little sore and ready to spasm, so plenty of foam rolling and stretching.
