Notes

I felt that I leaned into the right leg most of the way, not enough patience and focus to simply carry a steady stride. This will lead to problems, the ankle looks funny and won't bear so much punishment. Now what? Core workouts and more patient running. Efficiency is mental preparation for a healthier stride, without disciplined visualization I am just suffering.
