Notes

First trial run, after jiu-jitsu, with Nye. Began feeling the weird bloodflow after about .75 miles. Seems the new bloodflow is in my groin rather on the front of my hip. Decided that sensation was a good first training stimulus for the veins and adjusted plans. We ran the course backwards, around Wright pond first to allow for this possibility. Got a few pullups at the tree, but shimmying was too tricky to get a good spot on the branch. I stopped running at the pump-house, did a couple piked hspu, then walked to the sandpit. Nye arrived just as it came into sight and I did some crab crawl stuff there and some piked hspu, then ran back, so 1 mile run 1 mile walk 1 mile run. Last mile felt better than the first. Seemed a smart fun run.
