Notes

Right on pace for tomorrow. Practiced picking my paces and picking up speed on the hills. I think I'm able to settle in with my core a bit better, the distance will make the difference tomorrow. Nye ran an extra half mile, keeping up for a good stretch of it, all of the flat. He ran all the way up the 160' hill!
