Re-grouped and had Nye refresh his animal flow movements, then did 3 minutes animal flows follwed by 2 sets 20x hindu squat 10x hindu pushup. Ran to Mill Pond and repeated this. Ran back and finished with it. Nye was dragging, but should appreciate it.
