COMMENTS: 2 - 11:00 Miles with Walt, 4.2 with the rest of the gang. Faded into the rear group, then picked up the pace on the Bob Landry Express. He must have been doing sub 7:00, express to the lead group for a half mile of speedwork. Only a bit of right ankle pain above the outside rear of my heel. Feeling great about it.
