Calf has been fine, no pain even while foam rolling, for a few days. I had some soreness at about 2.5 miles. I switched to more hip swing than paw lift with my calf muscles and it reduce the pain to almost nothing. It also really improved my posture and breathing. The sensation was my breathing rate cut in half. I lost focus on this and got it back and had the same sense the second time. I kept my focus to the end and felt great. The calf is constanly sore now though.
