85° was brutal. Got to the summit in 48 min and botched my watch from there. Time is approximate.
Wore calf compression for the first time. I think I felt lighter in the leg. Felt better than yesterday. Hopefully one more run will have me back in shape for Bretton Woods. Will be going light on the jiu-jitsu since I've got some bad humeral pain. It may need a week or two off.
