My left calf and achilles are still sore. They went berzerk on Sunday, at the track after 2 painless miles. These were sore after my Thursday run, when I did not stretch after running. Tonight I was able to straighten up and reduce the discomfort while running. This took mental focus that I should have anyway, attention to my stride. On the opposite side of my body, my right hip and lower back have been locking up lately into quite a knot. I'm sure this is a bio-mechanic imbalance problem. So, more core and flexibility workouts on a daily basis to focus on that.
