Took this very easy, 10:30 up and 9:30 back. Felt the fibular head in my right knee give with each step, but no calf pain.
After, I had pretty bad pain in an arc around the back of my meniscus, back of the whole Tibia head. I put on a compression stocking and the pain went away. There was a big vein feeding into the medial side of the meniscus that got toasted during the laser and phlebectomy, when it stiffened up this pain came and went.
My knee has been very loose for months. Walking, it clunks. I'm worried I've torn something, PCL maybe, but probably just stretched everything out. It goes to full extension much easier than the left knee, but no farther. Back of the knee is wrapped much less tightly then the left.
