Introduced Matt to the Mt. Tom trails on this run. Took the quarry road for an exttra half mile. Squat jumps and HSPU. Showed Matt hand-stand walk ups. Then Matt showed us a great new climb up spot. He got to the summit before me and was standing on one of he old structures I had never though to climb. My legs are absolutely destroyed. I began the run completely exhausted after the IBJJF tournament yesterday, but felt great after about 10 minutes in. Ran shorts and no shirt, it was such a gorgeous day. I am in absolute beast mode physically, and not ashamed to 'show off' if it means being an inspiration.
