These workouts have not been logged yet this year. The bruised rib caused me to cut back to very basic maintainance. The tools inlcuded my foam roller last night. The cycle done gently, often between anything else I do for about 3 reps. This morning a long slow Dead Bug set, cross crunches, and ball crunches. I did no sit ups, no hanging bar excercises, no planks or static ab stuff, still too tender. I don't log each time I brush and or floss, and I'm not sure it will make any sense to log this stuff. I know when I need to focus more on the ab work that avoids injury.
