Felt like garbage after having post-workout kefir at work. Wonder if my post jiu-jitsu haze is due to the sugar? Bananas are overripe. Got home, got out running asap and felt like a million bucks by the end. Didn't feel too slow, but not too fast either. Breathing was rough coming up the hill to Park St. but kept an isometric rhythm throughout and by the back of Nonotuck I was running strong. By the time I crossed under Park on Manhan I was running fast.
