Notes

Still feel very very slow. Didn't warm up until the second loop. First three miles in 24:17, then the next 3.5 in 26:44. So, 8 minutes to 7:48. Still pretty fast for a steady run. The legs feel terrible until I start really standing up straight. Lots of work to do.
