Bailed on the 5k. Top of my foot, behind the toes was very tight and sore. I assume it's all the tendons, that's what the sensation tells me. Worst point, it involved the one running up to my shinbone, and like a spike driving up between my first two toes. The pain is strained, stressed, something stretching that doesn't want to. I was quite pissed off about this, felt very frustrated, and left without hanging out etc. I haven't been getting enough sleep. This is a tough couple weeks. I will manage, and I will heal.
