Notes

After RKM Week 9 loaded CARs. First just under 10, second much closer to 9.

Kept good discipline the whole time, with varying success in getting balanced hips and nasal breathing. Upper T spine seemed okay, but since it didn't seem a problem, I was suspicious. I had done some simple knee lifts in Quadruped, keeping totally neutral pelvis. This was a great source for cueing on the run.
