Final sprint to come in right behind Dave Aronson, who I beat by inches last week. I closed about 60 feet between us in the last ten seconds of the run, intense sprint. First time I've run that hard in ... maybe all year. First mile was a lot of muscle pain as usual, then easier, 7:21, 7:44, 7:12 (7:55 for the last 1.1 miles).
