Started the race with everyone and left like last week up into the hills. Great way to start the run and try to carry the speed up into the trails. Dude in a jeep at the summit interrupted any workout plans, too distracting. Ankle still feels weak from 10 lunges carrying 50 lbs yesterday. On the return, cat crawled the rails in 1:53, new record.
