Hamstring still sore. About halfway through, while distracted by some jiu-jitsu thoughts, it started tightening up. I stretched and refocussed and didn't feel I was doing any real damage. Pain is also in the top of the calf, so I think it is knee related.

Before the run, I gave a home workout a try. Took a long time to build up momentum to actually doing work. Stretched, foam rolled, distracted, stretched again, distracted, began bodyweight stuff, a couple sets, picked up a kettlebell for swings and did a couple more sets. There were hindu squats and pushups, pullups, handstand pushups, and kettlebell swings.
