Ran this on a sore toe, very good. Had only 6 handstand pushups on the first pass, and 12 on the second pass. Mysteries of endurance and bjj.

Recording all this a month later, logging runs was not a priority that day. A week after this I competed at NAGA and lost while having to pike up on that sore toe for several minutes. Totally destroyed it, all the soreness on the top of the metatarsal head. I found a taping method that lets me train without aggravating it, and it seems to be healing. If this was a running injury, I would have taken the standard 4 to 6 weeks off. More mysteries of bjj.
