Notes

Intended to do two complete courses, cut the second one short, just a trip around the reservoir. Typical obstacles with extra workouts at the sand pit, pumphouses, and summit. This included pullups at each end of the res and HSPU at the modern pumphouse. Strangely, I felt better and better running after the workouts later in the run. I felt like a million bucks. Somehow all the full range of motion workouts worked-out the kinks and I could move much better in general.
