Warmed up with the pulsers, first time on a trail. They enforce a faster pace. I did a little loop, probably less than 1/4 mile and was out of breath. Gave a good cueing for the run without pulsers. Very useful on the climbing, not sure on the descent. May bring them to the track I guess, if I get brave and start speed work.
First hill run in a while, felt it in thick legs on the climb. Didn't have any problem running it 100%. Lungs felt much better than last week. Felt great actually. Hips felt better for all the kinstretch lately. Tons of people on the trails, all over the place.
