13:30 to the top of Monson Rd, to the turn.
10:10 to the 3 mile mark from there.
11:19 for the last 2 miles, on a short course. Probably 6:00 miles in that last stretch. Finished ahead of Dawn Roberts, who I called Nancy since I can't remember names these days when it matters. I was thinking Nancy Cook, also at Mt. Washington, but I've raced with Dawn so often it is true idiocy to screw up a name. None the less, I met my goal of a sub 7:00 pace for the race, as marked.

Can't really trust that 3 mile marker, so I did my pace from the top of Monson Rd, 6:25. Very good morning no matter how you cut it, though for 4.95 miles I'm 7:04.
