Long afternoon of getting into my spine with Qigong and RKM stuff. Focused on defeating my lumbar/hip hike on this run and was very successful. I returned to the focus for correction very regularly for the first half, and think I was very sustained for the 2nd half. The last 3/4 mile was pretty solid and stretched out in to a very effortless stride. Also got heart rate for all of this. Hung out in 140s for most of it.
