Showed up just in time for the starting photo the group takes every Monday. Didn't have an easy time, but a decent climb. Nice and steady. Fun group. Good sense to dunk heads in the reservoir when we passed the spillway, though it wasn't cool by any means. I made an argument for bodyweight exercises over weight lifting while running down that was pretty solid. Brian was insistent that you needed resistance training, and I agreed but argued for the resistance of full range of motion exercises over adding iron. Jumping squats instead of squatting weight, etc. This is with weight loss as a goal, I'm losing more weight this way than when lifting. Having started lifting again, I fully expect to gain.
