Lungs much improved. Pushed to the limit at bjj earlier. Got in a solid 2 hour epic kinstretch session focused on 90/90. Took half the run to really feel the specific hip capsule vs core, etc. feeding down the knee and foot. Walking after, really felt the right anterior hip and adductors where I can provoke a nasty cramp during supine hip axials. Need more time to get to know the specific bioflow after a good kinstretch warmup. Just arranged an early AM Animal Flow workout tomorrow, which should be followed by some kinstretch and a more legit distance run.
