Notes

This was a fartlek of long pickups and short rests. Very good workout, establishing the pace, very quick, holding it for minutes, then dropping the pace until recovered. I based it on landmarks and terrain. No injuries were bothering me so some real work was allowed, in the dark before sunrise 100'.
