Knee felt 100% despite conditioning and some minor drilling at jiu-jitsu earlier. Ran with Nye, little workout at the Mill Pond rec area at 2 miles.
Perfectly even splits.

Conditioning circuit, some drilling with Pete, and some kettlebell and pullups while others rolled. My knee felt a little stressed on the medial posterior/interior but not bad.
Did some cobrinha lunges and balance board and knee felt fine, so ran 4 miles. Dips, animal cycles, and pullups at Millpond at 2 miles. Felt 100%.
