Notes

I am very uncomfortable. My neck is sore, won't turn left. Slept wrong on it. Shoulders, arms all messed up. Stride is messed up. Hate it! Haven't felt this bad for quite a while. Did my planned walk anyway. 350' climb to the view obscured by mist, beautiful. Will do my core workout and try to get the kinks to go away. Muscles are spasming, probably some twist in my midsection, could be something I ate. Who can say. I've pushed the long run to Sat. from Fri. as it will be less windy. I'll run witih the group tomorrow night heading toward another 40+ week.
