Good to see the familiar faces racing. Ran to the summit with no stops, under 30 min. Haven't had a steady workload for that period in a while. At the summit came up with a great Animal climber addition. On a side switch, dropping to elbow and raising back up is a great posting drill. I ran back, all the way, feeling great. Having such low fat % is palpable, my skinny butt feels less cushioned in the chair and I can bend and fold by body in general with less resistance. Feel very nimble and comfortable with the hungry. During the run I was getting very fired up visualizing technique, correcting errors and remembering details.
