Notes
First two, 15:58, a decent pace for not running in the past few days. Next five, 40:16, slightly over 8:00 pace was still pretty good. Nostalgia may have slowed me, these miles passed the house I grew up in. My parents sold it a little over a year ago. The new owners have it all lit up like we never did, it looked awesome. Last 3, 23:17, it got hilly so I picked up the pace a bit. Felt great on this run, even though my shoulder and neck are really killing me these days.
