Notes

Kept the incline at 9% for this one and took it pretty easy. 4 mph on walk and 5 mph on run. Going into this the lower backside of my calf and foot, pretty much the Achilles area, was sore. Not to risk it I took it easy. Funning thing is it actually felt better after.
