Notes
The pace wasn't as bad as it looks. Two of these miles were on trail with a pretty steep little hill that I walk up, plus lots of leaves so I ran it pretty easy.
Loved getting back off the old road and bike path. I really do love running through the woods. I just need to make sure I get some road and track in too because doing nothing but that really made me slow. This run was a nice recharge of the batteries.
