2 mile warm-up, 4 mile half marathon pace, 1 mile cool-down. The pace on this might have been a bit optimistic for half marathon pace, although the funny thing is I didn't feel like I was running that quickly AND I felt like I ran the last mile the fastest when I actually ran it the slowest. Still learning to pace correctly.
