Notes
The quads have been feeling sore lately but the legs really loosened up in this run. I kept it very relaxed like yesterday. I think the speed day on Monday as well as the longer run on Saturday with its long downhill stretches took a toll but I feel much better after logging these easier miles. Felt really strong on strides and spaced them out so it was one for each of the four laps so almost a mile between them.
