Notes
After getting the kids to bed last night all I wanted to do was sleep, which is typical, but last night I gave in and just crashed. Turns out though Cassie is doing her long run tomorrow morning and we have a busy day on Saturday so the plan is just to push things back a day. I did the six miler today, and I'll do the 4 tomorrow followed by the 26 on Sunday. Going forward it looks like Sundays may be my long run day for a while.
This run felt very good. It was just easy TM miles.
