Wow this was a lot of fun once I got warmed up. Did the 800s in 3:23, 3:26, 3:20, 3:24. Pacing felt to be about 5K pace, maybe a little optimistic but none the less I was able to jog the recovery lap and had plenty of energy at the end. Felt great in the cool down.
