5 min hike/run at 10% incline. This was really good. Legs sore at the beginning especially during hike portion. Dialed hike back to about 3.8 mph but just hammered the run, especially last two segments. Going up to 6 mph then 7 mph for last minute. Feeling strong, just had to push through a little.
