This was more of a mental challenge than a challenge on the legs. Very hot in the gym and I didn't bring a water bottle and allowed myself no stops, although I knew I was well hydrated so again it was more a mental exercise than a physical challenge. This seemed like a good way to test myself without beating up the legs.
