Notes

This was a scheduled lactate threshold run but my lungs are so out of practice from not doing speedwork in so long it was also a bit of a VO2 max workout as well. I found I could only do a sub 7:30 pace for a mile or so before I needed to stop for a minute to catch my breath. Legs felt great.
