Haines Point is a great place for speedwork. Ohio Drive is completely flat and no traffic, lots of parked idling cars out there, I wonder what's going on inside? Noticeable quality cigar smoke coming from one of them.
Good tempo run, paced faded a bit but not too bad. Much more speed than in my intervals earlier in the week.
Splits:
1 - 6:45 (yeah! the prescribed pace exactly!)
2 - 7:04 (mmmm, i'm sucking wind, suck it up and keep digging)
3 - 7:07 (you're almost there, come on keep digging, you've got to get an average below 7:00!)
