I felt very good at the beginning of this but just felt completely destroyed after 6-7 laps. Not sure if it was heat or what. I should have brought S-Caps, I keep on forgetting them. Drank my recovery drink with 4 miles to go just to get to the end. This route is a lot of climbing and steep descents but about the same overall as Grindstone so trying to get into that kind of shape.
