This run was good medicine. Per normal lately, started out blah and by about 3 miles in I started to feel really good. Something I have noticed for a while now is that when I up the volume to good levels it takes me longer to warm up. I'm not sure if tired legs require longer to get loose or what. But really at the end of this one I felt like a million bucks. Also to make sure I kept the easy easy I never let myself run faster than an 8:00 mm pace which is really easy to control on the treadmill.
