Found my limit on this one. 11 minute + miles but at least I know where it is and I felt strong. Another part of that could have been nutrition. I went with nothing for first 2 hour 40 minutes or so. That's probably too long. Need to work in the every 30-45 minutes after the first hour to get that dialed back in. Overall happy with the week!
