Notes

First part of the run with Diane. Very muggy out, blah, but the body felt good. One note of interest, I've been trying an informal less carb more fats and protein diet. It's taken a while to feel normal, a few weeks, but I noticed some benefit today. I did this whole run with no food. I didn't eat at all before the run and virtually no calories during. I never felt bonky. Steady energy.
